Dr. Mugdha V. Joglekar is currently working as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sydney, NSW, Australia. She obtained her Master’s degree at University of Hyderabad India and subsequently a PhD at Pune India. Her research interest are Biomarkers of Diabetes, miRNAs in diabetes and obesity, Immunomodulatory properties of stem cells in transplantation, Epigenetic mechanism regulating gene expression and understanding the mechanism that regulate lineage commitment of stem cells. She was awarded for three years of Postdoctoral fellowship from Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for continuing research in Type 1 diabetes. She has a total of 29 publications and 954 citations.
